Mamma’s Plants does not have a physical store so all purchases take place online via the website.

Nonetheless, customers do have the option of ordering online and collecting from our studio in Cape Town.

Orders are processed within 4 business days.
Once you’ve been notified that your package has been shipped out, you can expect to receive it with 2-5 days.

Once you’ve made an enquiry, I’ll get in touch with you to confirm a date. 

A set number of sessions are available each month.

We require 3 business days notice for any consult cancellations. If you cancel within this timeframe, we’ll be happy to either reschedule your session or refund you. Any cancellations without notice beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated for a refund.
