Do you have a physical store?

Mamma’s Plants does not have a physical store so all purchases take place online via the website.

Nonetheless, customers do have the option of ordering online and collecting from our studio in Cape Town.

Can I use my products outside?

Our products are primarily sold as indoor products.
Wood is a natural fibre so the products should not be exposed moisture and harsh hot and cold conditions.

Can I get a gift card?

What a lucky recipient! We can provide you with a gift card, just pop us a mail with your request!

Who do you use for shipping?

Mamma’s Plants works with The Courier Guy to ensure the safe and timeous delivery of all products.

When will I receive my package?

Orders are processed within 4 business days.
Once you’ve been notified that your package has been shipped out, you can expect to receive it with 2-5 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay via PayFast, Paystack and EFT. All subscription payments are automatically processed via Paystack or PayFast.

Can I choose what plants I get?

You can choose your own plants with our build-your-own once-off plant box but you can’t choose the plants that you’ll get in our Summer subscription boxes.

Plant Care Consultations & Workshops

When do the plant consults take place?

Once you’ve made an enquiry, I’ll get in touch with you to confirm a date. 

A set number of sessions are available each month.

Where do the workshops take place?

The workshops typically take place in our planty studio in Cape Town, but we do host some workshops off-location too. 

The location will be clearly noted on all advertisements and listings.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 3 business days notice for consult cancellations. If you cancel within this timeframe, we’ll be happy to either reschedule your session or refund you. Any cancellations without notice beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated for a refund.
