Relevant to our wooden products
Wood: Knots, markings, cracks and variation in colour are natural attributes of timber. While special care is taken to ensure only the best quality wood is used to produce our products, each piece will differ in grain or colour.
Finished product: Each product is handcrafted, so no two pieces are the same and may vary in size by a few millimetres.
While the wood is treated and sealed, the finished product may start to reveal small cracks, bumps or indentations as the wood ages. These are not manufacturing faults.
The tubes sizes may also vary by a few millimetres.
Longevity:
All of our products should be handled carefully to avoid breakage.
Wood expands and contracts with the elements so it’s important to position your product carefully. Our products also aren’t suitable for long-term use outdoors, as they cannot be exposed to the elements.
For products that include tubes, please make sure water isn't left to sit in the holes as this will cause the wood to expand and the tube won’t fit.Related products
