Shipping Policy
For the time being, Mamma’s Plants products are only available in South Africa.
All products can be delivered countrywide or collected from our studio in Cape Town.
We work with a reputable door to door courier service to ensure safe and timeous delivery anywhere in South Africa.
Returns Policy
– Returns and Exchanges
Our refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item(s) must be shipped, at your expense, to our studio in Cape Town in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging.
Upon inspection and confirmation, you’ll have the option of selecting something else from the store or receiving a refund (minus the cost of shipping). Should you wish to purchase something else, you’ll be liable for the shipping costs associated with that purchase.
– Damaged Products
All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that damaged products are not sent out to you. Nonetheless, if any orders are delivered faulty or broken, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
To be eligible for a replacement, you’ll need to send us proof of the damage within 2 days of delivery. We’ll accept photographic evidence – no need to ship the product back to us, so all you’ll need to do is email hello@mammasplants.com with your request to return the item and attach photos of the damaged item as well as its packaging.
Upon inspection and validation, you’ll have the option of replacing the item or receiving a refund.
Please note that all exchanges are subject to product availability, and refunds are not possible if the item was received as a gift.
